Most retail locations advertise throughout the year. Some locations such as grocery stores and even some convenience stores have a different sale each week so they often advertise for each sale. The retail world wants to appeal to people’s desire to find great deals so it helps to use indoor signs that talk about items on clearance or that inform people about items that have been marked down substantially.
